NO - This happens in NT4 and Windows 2000 - I has to be a R9 issue - I have
reverted to 3.3.3R7 to resolve this...

I have got this to work by adding the following entry in the registry
RemoveWallpaper = REG_DWORD 0x0001

We are running this on an entirely NT network and have added :
RemoveWallpaper = REG_DWORD 0x
to the registry to prevent the users wallpaper from being removed after a
connection is established.
Our problem is that we have custom wallpapers for certain sections and
