Still fails - so what is different about Solaris 2.6. Can anybody help me
solve this problem ?

Don't know if this is a related issue to a similar one I have seen with both
VNC & Hummingbird eXceed but assuming the vnc server is on a Sun or similar
and your client is on a PC then the Sun may be using sun specific fonts not
available on the PC and therefore when the server sends info o
