VNC Viewer toolbar..

I've made a small patch to the latest, released, version of the Win32 VNCViewer program. It adds a, toggleable, toolbar to the top of the viewer window, when running in windowed mode, (ie. not fullscreen). Currently I just have two buttons, which are displayed as text: * Send Ctrl-A

I do not think that is possible. It only displays the computer screen. What you can do is set up an FTP server on your home PC and then download the songs to your work machine. Though if you use this method, make sure you are allowed to download MP3s onto your work PC as your supervisor may hav

Thanks 1. I'm using Slackware, so I'm not sure that it will work the same. 2. Does switchdesk work on Slack as well? I know there is a way to configure the xstartup file to support varying settings as per the switch used to launch the vncserver script, but I can't figure out how to get it

Hi again... Has anyone successfully done the following (in Linux): 1. Set up VNC to launch as a server during the boot process (I can't figure this out) 2. Set up xstartup so that it supports multiple settings (i.e. you can pass in a name to launch a particular type of server... i.e. GNOME, KDE,
