New user with setup questions.

I am new to VNC and have a few questions. I have VNC installed on two XP home computers. The service computer has 2 users configured Fred and Sam. I logged in as Fred and did the VNC service install. When I log in as Fred the desktop is displayed on the monitor. I can connect from another XP home
