I am currently implementing RealVNC 3.3.7 in conjunction with VNCon throughout my organization. When I work on a remote system via VNC, I prefer to leave everything looking pretty much the same as it was when I finish my session; so I have opted to /not/ remove the desktop wallpaper on my clients.
