Someone at gipsymedia has done some characterisation, and is
advising setting the following registry setting ...
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ORL\VNCHooks\Application_Prefs\client01.exe
Change "use_Deferral" to be "0".

I am running Win2k Server on one of my machines. It had 3.3.3R9
installed. Now, I know I should have done this differently, but I
installed 3.3.4 over the existing 3.3.3R9 without first UN-installing

How does the PATH environment variable get established when VNC starts
up. I am trying to add a new directory path to the PATH variable but I
can't seem to make appear when I do a, "echo $PATH".
