How to force clothes or force quit an app on an iPhone 13 using voiceover?

I have been having an issue with an app I am using. I close it out using the app switcher I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it signing out and signing back in. The tech-support for the app suggested that I tried to do a force close or a force quit but I cannot figure out how to do
