This patch implements support for HVR4000(lite) into the multiproto tree. It
is an update of my patch from 2007-12-15. In contrast to the previous one
it should conform better to the multiproto API and supports the "set_params"
call.

Compiles and runs fine here with a plain vanilla 2.6.24 kernel (i686) and the
latest multiproto tree.

Great thanks to Manu and Klaus for their latest updates.
The attached patch adds HVR4000 support to it. It has been tested successfully
together with kernel 2.6.24 on i686 using VDR 1.4.7 (DVB-S only) and VDR
1.5.14.

The same happens with xine-ui-cvs, xine-lib-1.2 and
vdr-plugin-xine-0.9.3. For me it looks like trouble while synchronizing
audio and video streams. Maybe Xine is a bit more verbose than vdr-sxfe,
