I am building a new VDR machine under RX550 for hevc 10 bits.
I can't afford to get a vdr 2.6.9 + softhddevice + mpv playing mkv files
under Debian 13. I switched to Ubuntu 24.02 to use the Seahawk
repository, which offers many ready-to-use packages with no succes.

At this time, I think **the point** is to clarify is the configuration file :
path, name and content.

channels, we need a Viaccess compatible CAM like "Viaccess SMIT SECURE
DUAL". For VDR, to support this CAM, I plan to buy a dvb-s2 card and a CI
interface card. I found couples of items which seems to be Linux/VDR
compat

Is there a way to convert eac3 => ac3 for delivering 5.1 stream through the

- 1 x Technotrend S2-3200 HD
