In order to use qmail-scanner you have to patch qmail with qmail-queue
patch and make sure that perl is suid.
After that set QMAILQUEUE in /var/qmail/supervise/smtp/run (your path
could be different):
QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl" export QMAILQUEUE
Do not forget to inc
Just in case it didnt make it the first time (had some sending problems. )

Further to this... it appears that user directories are being created now in a
subdirectory of the subdomain...
normally
/usr/home/vpopmail/domains/mydomain.com/user1
/usr/home/vpopmail/domains/mydomain.com/user2

now new ones are being added in
/usr
vadduser (as well as through qmail admin) no longer adds the directories for new
users. MySQL entries appear to be added normally, and respond to vuserinfo
perfectly, but the added user doesn't have file directories created and as such
cannot receive mail?
Any reason why this would stop working

is it posible to scan from viruses every email to vchkpw,
before distribute it to the member ? It looks like somebody
got the Nimda Virus and distribute it to member of this list.

I first install vpopmail-4.9.10, and courier imap 1.3.11, corier imap
work fine.
Then, i upgrade to vpopmail-5.0pre5, all work fine
but when I reset the server, courier imap didn't authentificate no
more.

daemontools, ezmlm, and checkpassword. I can do everthing I should be able
to do except pop from a remote machine.
I can add virtual domains, users, etc thru vadddomain, vadduser, and also
qmailadmin works. I can send email

I have reset the existing users, and have recompiled and reinstalled the
vpopmail program, but when new users are being added, it is still at the
old default.
