There appears to be a bug related to alignment of the PPS to samples. The
issue applies to both TX and RX and was replicated on N321 and X310 using UDH
3.15 and 4.6. It therefore appears to be an FPGA issue.

I have USRP E313 and am also struggling with this sampling rate issue; if I
set the sampling rate beyond 2MS/s in GNU radio, I get an underrun issue.
To solve this issue I have been advised to use the RFNoC replay block.

as I know the architecture has changed since UHD version 4.0 and there are
a lot of drops to 4 msps when running benchmark. the UHD 3.15 versions
