Im not too sure what exactly triggers it, though off the top of my
head when it happens to me happens when i get a midly complicated form
going only.. which makes me wonder if th epositioning is being
affedted by scrolling..

I didn't know there was a BrowserEvent annotation.
There is the @EventListener annotation, which if combined with a method on a
class/component can optionally populate a BrowserEvent object if you specify
it in your method.
