verizon) will start getting lint errors so they will hopefully pay
attention to the new site notice in the rulefile.

I'm trying to decide the best way to deprecate your old URL and/or
ruleset name in RDJ. Since antidrug.cf is cur
it should probably be removed from RDJ altogether.
