Yes, Ensim 4.0.1 comes with 2.63.
There are some known problems with 2.6x that can cause, or seem to cause,
things like this.
1.You might have bigevil.cf. This will crash almost any machine these
days. If so, get rid of it.

I just yesterday (many days after the problem started) changed some simple
settings so that I don't get emails that virus was in a message anymore to
take some load off. Other than that I don't think any other changes were
made. Can I email you mailscanner.conf to compare with what you got and

same problems you are? It's possible we've loaded other packages not
in the Ensim bundle that are helping to quiet spamd and ensure it's
not on a runaway, but I've watched top & tail and only seen the MS
