re's a crapload of information in there and
it's easy to get overwhelmed by the sheer volume, but if you scroll
through it, the answer is very often right there in front of you.
For what it's worth, it smells very much like a networking or DNS issue
to me.

Some distros also have a spamd daemon, and so the spamd process would be
run by either:
service spamd restart
or
/etc/init.d/spamd restart

That *should* give you a rule that scores a 3.5 to mail sent to your
mailing list from an IP outside of your network. You'll need to tinker
probably but that should get you started.
