Gateways:
Roll your own (or we can do it for you... :) gmail style digests,
standard LAMP stack, whitelisting, choice of sendmail or postfix,
spamass-milter/ clamav-milter integrated:

The gateway options all assume of course that the idea here is to filter
your mail before it gets to exchange... (pardon the ugly ASCII art :)
