ld it work to use this line in procmailrc by doing something like this?
:0:
* ^X-Spam-Score: ANY_BOUNCE_MESSAGE
/lisa/mail/vbounce
or is the fact that the score appears on the X-Spam_Score line between the
"X-Spam-Score: " and the names of the rules that were triggered going to
keep this from matching?
Thanks,

Hi,
No, change the $SA_RESTART variable in the config file. That way you
don't have to make the same change every time you update RDJ.
The same goes for the $TRUSTED_RULESETS variable.
OK I see now. Thanks, that got it!

init.d/sendmailI don't use
spamd. So shouldn't I change that last line in the rules_du_jour so that it
restarts Sendmail/Mimedefang rather than spamd?
Thanks,
Lisa Casey
lesets will be checked or updated.
Any ideas?

Hi,
If you use Sendmail as your MTA, you can whitelist yahoo and yahoogroups in
your access database. I just did that myself as I've had a couple of
customers complain that their yahoo groups e-mail is bouncing.

and as I mentioned, spamassassin is being called by mimedefang which is
running as the user defang.
I changed ownership of the file in /etc/cron.daily from root to defang.

If this really doesn't work for this list just let me know.

Hi,
> Sure.. one thing to check first though is --lint without the --debug flag.

Yeah, yesterday spamassassin --lint was giving me some output. Today there's
nothing.
spamassassin --lint --debug however gives a lot of output and I do hav
ere's a lot of info, much of which I don't
understand (yet) . There are some error messages which I think are things I
can safely ignore but I don't know for sure.

lbox and run sa-learn on that as the
forwarding will not get the original headers.
There has to be a easy way to learn to use this and get it to do what I want
but I can't really figure it out. Surely there are some other ISP's on these
lists who might be willing to tell me how they use it.
Thanks,
Lisa Casey
: make any difference?
I'll bet there are some other ISP's on the list. Since I'm pretty new at
Spamassassin, would you mind giving me some tips as to how you use it and
how you train it to recognise your customers spam?
Thanks,
Lisa Casey
