few dozens as I can see by the spams sent to my spam
mailbox from users. Of course, some time spamers finds domains with
spf=+all or so :)

that is all log I've from "/var/log/messages". Mail system logs to
"/var/log/mail", there is nothing about spamd crashing too :-/. No
exceptions, no segfaults, ...

with the error in the syslog:

shows what you are doing wrong. "-c /etc/mail/spamassassin" is the
path to the directory. That is what you should use. I am not sure what
SpamAssassin is using for its configuration.
