I recommend that other subscribers ignore these "Please unsubscribe me" posts and leave it to the list moderators to deal with off-list. We cannot prevent the initial post from being delivered, but if it is ignored we eliminate (reduce) the number of repeated and sometimes unnecessarily insulting,
