OK! This is a different issue. What you are encountering is called
Windows UAC (User Access Control).
Are you running/logged-in as an "Administrator" with elevated
privileges, or as a "Standard" user with normal privileges? If you saved
the saved the document(s) while logged-in as an Administrator
Running Windows 7. It now opens, however I can't open saved documents.
When I do that, a box comes up with the following..
"Requested Operation Requires Elevation"

new computer and whether you downloaded from Open Office's site
