How are you going on with your re-installation for AOO 4.0.1, is it
successful? I notice that you were doing upgrade install from 4.0.1 to
4.1.0, here is the related instruction about upgrade for Windows, you may
want to refer it in case you want to upgrade to 4.1.0 later.
