Be sure you have gone only to www.openoffice.org to begin the download
process.
Open office.org will then take you to the servers at sourceForge for the
actual download.
Beyond that there is little we can do to assist you until you tell us:
Your machine type (PC variant / Mac / other ?)

When I click in, “Download Full Installation” nothing happens. I’ve been trying
to change the version of Open Office but still nothing happens. Please help
