Be sure you have gone only to www.openoffice.org to begin the download process.
Open office.org will then take you to the servers at sourceForge for the actual download. Beyond that there is little we can do to assist you until you tell us: Your machine type (PC variant / Mac / other ?) Operating system ? Antivirus installed ? If one needs administrator rights on your OS, does the machine password you are using have those rights?
