I was a little slow - I have not created many lately.
But I set up two different tables. I choose different columns and rows

When I try to open a document in open office 3 , I get the wrong Character set
and I don't know what the right Character set is so I don't get jiberish. I
have a MAC.

When I want to bind a key to command, I have sometimes difficulties to
find the command, since it is in a category which is not obvious to me,
for example left-to-write is in *format*.
Is there any way to list *all* commands and not only by category.
