I just tested spread sheet. I was a little slow - I have not created many lately.
But I set up two different tables. I choose different columns and rows I had them each set up with their own font type and size. When done, I drug the trackpad curser over the the collection of both tables - I changed them all to same font and font size. So, so far I don’t what is causing you a problem. If you want to send me say just one page of your document with two different tables that you want them both to be the same Font and Font size. By the way, on Filemaker Pro for Macs and PC’s, and Access for just PC’s I could move the same data tables from Excel Spreadsheet into FileMaker Pro, and into Access. I could easily export FMPro and access data - and even back to Excel spread sheet. I had one minor problem for myself where I tried to import a file from OpenOffice in rtf format - and the File I was trying to import to - gave me an conflict error, so I had to change the file format to a .doc or .docx format (so the MS, file would accept the file I had in OpenOffice. I used the OpenOffice Data Base system but it did not even come close to FileMaker Pro (I have version 12). If you can give me more info or a test document - part of a document where it will not allow you to switch all the characters to what ever you would prefer.
