I've been running Fedora on my Ryzen 5 1600 for a couple of years now
with no real issues.
I've not heard of any issues with Ryzen processors and Linux.

I did an install yesterday on a X570 with a 3600X. It works perfectly.
Only issue is sensors isn't seeing any fan speeds.
It's amazing how many processes you can run in the background while the
computer remains responsive to regular work.

If you don't need color, then there are some nice, cheap laser printers
