I'm not aware of any issues with Linux on AMD in general. I've been running on a Gigabyte AX370 Gaming MB w/ Ryzen 5 2600 CPU. The only problem I had was instability until I updated the MB BIOS. It's been rock solid ever since. Thanks, Richard
