TPM for rngd

Anyone know how to use rngd with a TPM? I've checked that the TPM is turned on in my BIOS, and I'm able to load the tpm module, but rngd still fails, because /dev/tpm0 doesn't exist. Any pointers appreciated. Thanks! -- I
