Dolphin KDE Locking up

Fedup 20 - 21 in 21 when I open Dolphin I have to wait 13 seconds before it will display the Folders and Files and before I can do anything in Dolphin. Also if I do a Move to Trash a file , the computer locks up and hard drive is running and locks up computer, I then have to shut off compute
