I would be glad if someone could comment if you managed to run Fedora
23 live image on a Lenovo C540.
I find that when booting from the Fedora 23 live image the Lenovo C540
freezes.
I submitted a bug report in bugzilla too [1].

-the process needs the ability to externally interface with a few of the
boxes/instances via name as opposed to ipaddress (thus the DNS)
