For point 1: It sounds like you get DLR for multipart sms. Note that for
multipart messages you receive DLR

Hi John,
Kannel’s documentation is probably the best material you can find for this.
TPS could be affected due to a number of reasons.
1. Your client that is contacting the sms box has to send the messages
fast enough.
2. The throughput of your fake smsc. Is it able to handle the
