Can anyone help me understand 'group = smppbox-plugin'? I must find a way
to filter offnet destined numbers from an ESME to mobile network operater
SMSC, considering range of originating onnet numbers MNO has provided to
ESME.
Help would be much appreciated.

I believe he is the main developer & architecotr of commercial SMPPBox
solution.
