Hi,
1) did you try post-url instead of get-url?
2) You should send the piece of log from _bearbox.log, _smsbox.log and
kannel-sqlbox.log to see what kannel logs when a sms arrives.

I HAVE NO PROBLEM IN RECEIVING SMS FROM PHONE TO KANNEL AND SENDING BACK
ANSWERS DEPENDING ON KEYWORD. BUT HAVE PROBLEM WITH SENDSMS SERVICE AND
WOULD APPRICIATE HELP. HERE IS A STORY (TESTS I HAVE MADE AND LOG FILES):
