code that contains the text of the message, but I don't know how to
create the headers I should set to be able to send it trough SMPP. Does
anyone know how to do this?

I use to send wap push using the UHD for such thing. Now I need to send a
sat push, which is something similar, but it will trigger a SAT menu
(gemalto sim´s card toolkit).
I have been searching a lot, but it looks like "sat push"
