How to send binary SAT Push through Kannel

Hello. I'm trying to send SAT Pushes through Kannel. I have the binary 
code that contains the text of the message, but I don't know how to 
create the headers I should set to be able to send it trough SMPP. Does 
anyone know how to do this?
