In 2.31.0 we switched from using MarkDown and generating the docs using
GitBook/HonKit to using the AsciiDoc format and tooling. See ARTEMIS-4383
[1] for more details on that.
To my knowledge, there are no AsciiDoc extensions to enable the kind of
search that was available previously.

Hi Jan,
I also have mentioned that the search field disappeared about half a year
ago. Currently I'm using Google with "site:url of the site to search for"
added to the search string.

Since 2.31, the documentation has been presented in a different way, and it’s
no longer possible to search in it. That’s quite a major and rarely seen
inconvenience.
Is this going to be addressed in the near future?
