I tried to run a window manager on the clownix file system,
it fails, but any other x program works, xterm, wireshark,
firefox ... works fine.
If you manage to make a window manager work, and if there
is some kind of hack for it, please tell me.

The clownix is a great work but i need to built my own solutions to
learn more about uml.
The ethereal/wireshark is just one of the few softwares i must see
running on gui mode.
I believe solving the gui problem for it i will solve for the rest of
the programs.

Why don't you try the clownix file-system, it is big but
it contains all you need to make wireshark work.

using xnest. The goal was to use graphic ethereal for frame capture.
The result get was very slow, sometimes freezing the xwindows/xnest

Does anyone know of a filesystem that includes a GUI? I've had a look
around and can't see one anywhere, I know I could create my own but if
one exists why reinvent the wheel!!
