Elaborate on what you mean. You show being a kernel hacker, and I need to know
if you want to increase the resolution for jiffies (i.e. you must surely
increase HZ in UML) or with some

How can I increase the resolution of UML kernel timer?
Should I apply any patches to host kernel (like HRT or ktimers) or what?
I need to use higher than standard jiffies resolution (10ms) in kernel network
code.
Using 2.6.13 UML kernel, 2.6.8 host kernel

I've put up a (newly-created) cow file on:

This is created on an amd64 host running 2.6.13.3 unpatched host,
2.6.13.4-bs4 guest with ext2 file system (if that has anything to do with
it). uml_moo has not been run on the file (I te

Have you thought that maybe you have a problem exactly because you have _two_
My uml boot's up and shows out put to tty2 (my f2 virtural console) but
when I try to login it does not take my password and kicks me back to
the host login prompt, about 10-20 seconds later the uml login prompt
comes back. Same results. UML works fine if I just run it and omit the
conX= line.
