able to install in UML Kernel, because GNU mak
I seemed to have solved the problem, mostly. If a really long burst (200+) of
UDP packets hits a UML host with 200 UML instances, there are still a few
packets lost. My comp has only .75 GB of memory so maybe it's a buffer issue. I
will try it on a 4GB machine to see how that goes.

the guest is a kernel 2.6.12-rc4.
