In your case error message is clear: "Multimedia server is inaccessible"
Have you installed Kurento?

yes of course. And as I say: It worked well in rthe first room. But if I
change the room, the micro is not accessable and cloud not be activated.

The only difference I've noticed: second room is audio-only

My best guess:
In case KMS is not available you can see your own camera stream (loopback)
Own audio is not being played, but you can see mic level

Ok, checked it in the demo -> works well!
checked again kms status -> inactive (that was weird)
Need to activate again via /etc/init.d/kurento-media-server start
Done.
That is really weird, because I've updatet the server, did a restart and
launch all dependencies.
I'm going to have a look
I can only suggest to check system logs :)
