Hello to all,
Thank you to all, who tried to find a solution for my problem. As I
didn't know, what I could do more, I cleared the db and made a new
installation. After this even the moodle modul run fine.
Many thanks!

Hello Maxim,
Thanks for your message. Yes I have done.
Openmeetings and moodle are installed on my webserver. So I have changed
localhost to the ip of my server and username and password.
I registered a new user with all rights, but it is the same.
Here the log lines where Moodle try to connect
Have you modified the URL I gave you with your user/password?
What in the logs?

You should create a new "soap user" to connect from moodle.

Hello Maxim,
I am sorry, but that error-message is not true.
In the table om-user are 2 entries and the user with the login name
"admin" and the id "1" has all rights (admin right and soap right). I
can login with this user to om and all works fine. And this user name
and password I have define
Code == -10 means there is no user in openmeetings database with such
username
Create user and try again

connect om via SOAP.

Hello Michael,
thank you for your advice. It was a new installation, not an update. And

What could I do wrong?

Hello Walter,
have you checked the settings of the om plugin for your openmeetings
server? After an upgrade from previous versions of the plugin it could
be that the old settings are over written with the default settings.
Thanks & Greetings,

I am having the same problem. Same error message on

I can see from a previous thread " Re: two issues with the openmeetings
moodle plugin (2.0.0.1)" that Maxim is working on resolving it.
I am getting debug info to try and help.
Thanks,

openmeetings 3.1.1 is running fine.
Moodle 3.0.3 installed
mod_openmeetings_moodle31_2016052401.zip installed
Only standard values used in the modul configuration
I can't find any mistake in the modul configuration.
If I try to save a room for a moodle course:
