Tracking protection is in standard mode. But now I found the root cause,
actually there is one extension called WebRTC Leak Shield, which was
causing this issue, don't know how it got installed.
I turned it off, now the audio, video are working fine.

Yeah the main information in your list that would be needed is:
What browser version are you using?
What operating system (and version) is the browser being executed?
Between 6.0.0 and 6.2.0 there are hardly any changes to the way the client
side code works.

This web API should available since FF44
so I see 2 options here:
1) extremely old FF
2) some add-on/security setting disabling WebRTC
from mobile (sorry for typos ;)
