It is updated the tutorial to last beta 1.6, before
final version in a few days, 14-6-2016.
The ffmpeg compilation is different to previous tutorial,
'cause gcc bug it is fix it on beta 1.6.

It is ready a new tutorial called:
Installation OpenMeetings 3.1.x on Fedora 24
It is based on Fedora 24 beta 1.6, which have a gcc 6 bug,
when compiling fdk-aac. Therefore i made a special way
to compile ffmpeg with fdk-aac but without error.
You can see it at step 10 of the tutorial
