Hello, It is ready a new tutorial called:
Installation OpenMeetings 3.1.x on Fedora 24 It is based on Fedora 24 beta 1.6, which have a gcc 6 bug, when compiling fdk-aac. Therefore i made a special way to compile ffmpeg with fdk-aac but without error. You can see it at step 10 of the tutorial.
