I feel, there is one case also failing in demo also:
1. upload image file.
2. annotate that file and save.
3. annotate that file again which is annotated already in step 2.
If same thing happened here, can guide Vaibhav too.

File hash is unique by design (and by implementation since it is
UUID), I'm not sure why you need another unique identifier

just have checked our demo, I see no option to "download wml" file
WML can only be saved to file tree
And then is able to be loaded
So I'm afraid I need more detailed steps to reproduce this issue

When i am saving my annotated wml file to my custom location i.e
../../folder/file where folder and file name are same,
while draging annotaed file to WB its showing only annotated file not the
actual file on which the annotation is done.

I'm extremely sorry for such late response, just was able to set everything
up and test.
The sound quality was good. There were 2 issues:
1) SIP integration seems to be broken in latest release 3.2.1 (should be
fixed in latest nightly build:
