Actually "deleted" is displayed in couple of cases: 1) conversion error 2) file not found could you please do piece of detective work: go to {OM_FOLDER}/webapps/openmeetings/upload/1ad3e89007b49f68eeea0606826375 07/ check the contents of this folder you should find 1) original file 2) *.pdf 3) *.
