I changed java from open to oracle jdk and problem disappeared :). But there is one more question. :))
When someone enters room it's flash video freezes several times at first 10 seconds(about so). It was on open jdk, and it is on oracle jdk 7. It is on linux clients and on windows too. May be there is some settings to tune to change this behavior?
