The road map is very generic:
1) 3.0.x - bug fix releases for 3.0.0 (as few new features as possible)
2) 3.1.0 - HTML5 room with css customization
3) 3.x.x - WebRTC
I guess we need to create mo detailed roadmap and make it public,
unfortunately I have no time for this :(

By design files are being stored in uploadtemp, then moved to upload.
More detailed logs might help
