Office files stopped being converted after upgrade to 3.0

All office files are showed as "Deleted'.
Jod converter works fine if tested separately. Path is ok in OM settings.
When I look into logs I see that JOD is trying to take files from
...webapps/openmeetings/uploadtemp/files/
I check the folder and do not see any office file there. That's why JOD
fails maybe.
Any setting that I missed?
