On a RDP connection, Guacamole tries to auto-reconnect every 15
seconds without any limitation if server does not answer.
I don't see any parameter to limit this feature (max number of retries
for instance).

By now, maybe a idea would be a script to check the server on a
regular basis and use the api to enable/disable the relevant
connection.
